To have and what to hold?

So I'm working with a shoestring budget when it comes to the Lizaso-Lambert wedding for October of 2012.   Shoestring is sort of an overstatement, actually.  I'm cutting corners wherever I can, and since I'm not as crafty as some of fellow gal pals, I'm going to have to get extra creative!
